Part 1
I will describe some of
dimension in other words. We learn about 12 dimension first of all, is growth
and it have two polarity is material and personal. It is meaning if you are
manager what will develop the material or the people. The second one is
connecting that is mean you can play or
enjoy with many groups or you want only sit with your self or the close friend. The final dimension is
expression this is meaning for example if your father or mother died and you
cry this mean you are reveal your feeling if you don’t cry you conceal your
feeling.
Part2
I now from my CMI result if I am
manager I will develop the material more
than people. This is good idea to get the work easier. However, I think if we
develop the people is better because the people they work and develop the
machines. On the other hand my result in connecting I am inclusive and mixed with other groups. I agree with this
result because I like to enjoy with others. The third result is I am conceal my
feeling. In my experience, I agree with this result because when I be angry I
don’t show
my feeling because I don’t want make problem.

3
I think some of them will change
and other don’t change. The growth will change because maybe after 5 years it
will be a development materials we don’t want to develop them more and start to
develop the people. The second one I
think will not change because the crime is increase in the word and we don’t
now who is good and who is bad we be exclusive better than inclusive. Finally,
I think the third polarity I think it will not change because we should patience and don’t
reveal the feeling.
